  1. I'm 6' 1" 180lbs.

    clean & press 2sets 8 reps 105lbs and 115lbs
    squat 2sets 10reps 215lbs and 245lbs
    pullover(machine) 2sets 10reps 160lbs and 190lbs
bench press 2sets each to 1 rep before failure (usually between 3-5reps for
    my second set)
dumbbell curls 40lbs then 50lbs each dumbbell
    performed MWF

It takes me about 40mins to complete with is perfect since it takes me
7-10mins to get to the gym. So I can drive workout and drive home within an
hour. I really like the full body routine 3 days a week instead of doing
splits. So is there anything wrong with that routine? And I would to have
an alternate full body routine so I can alternate between the two so if I do
3 days a week one week I'll do the above routine twice and the alternate
once and then the next week I'll do the alternate twice and the above
routine once instead of doing the above all the time but I'm not sure what I
should do can anyone give me a suggestion for alternate routine?

Maybe chins instead of curls. And build the alternate workout around
deadlifts. Is that a power clean or full clean?

  3. thanks for repling, I think I do a power clean, I don't jump with weight
and only go into a 1/4-1/2 way into a full squat instead of doing a full
squat like a regular clean. I'll give the chins a shot but should i do
pullups (palms facing towards me) don't you get a better pump for biceps
    doing pullups vs chins?

what about this for an alt routine
    deadlift 2x8
    hack squat 2x8
    weighted dips 2x8
    pull down row 2x8

    Not really.

I would suggest, if you prefer a full body workout 3 times a week, that you
skip the isolation work for a while, and drop the pull-overs and curls.

    Here is my suggestion.

    Squats
    Front presses
    Cable rows
    Dips

Try 3 sets 8, or 4 sets of 6. 5sets of 5 might work well.

Subistite squats with leg-presses on the following workout.
    Inclines instead of front presses.
Close grips instead of dips.pull-ups instead of rows.

You can also do two pulling movents and one pushing movement, followed by
    the reverse the next workout.

Once in a while, DO some isolation work for the upper as well as the lower
    body.

I wouldnt worry about getting a pump with these kind of routines.

If you insist on getting a good pump in the biceps, the best way is curls in
    the 12-15 rep range.
Dont consider pull-ups a bicep or a back exercise.

That's a power clean. So hack squats or front squats to hit the quads. I
do chins with palms facing me (which I think *is* a chin) on the theory it
hits the bi's harder. Pete's right that pump isn't a good measure of
training effect. If you do that, I'd do a lateral row on your second day
instead of pulldowns--cable, pendlay, yates, T-bar, DB, whatever.
