  1. Grape Cheese Balls

    These are ideal for serving when you are entertaining

    150g pot fresh cheese, such as Paysan Breton
    100g Pistachios, husks removed
    16 Red Seedless grapes

    Ensure the cheese is well chilled. Wash and dry the grapes. Using your
    palms roll each grape in approximately 1/2 Tbsp cheese until evenly
    covered. Place the balls in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Using a
    liquidiser or pestle and mortar finely crush the pistachio nuts. Before
    serving, roll each cheese ball in the crushed pistachios. Slice each
    grape in two, place on a plate and serve.
