1.5 cup peach jam (approx)
2 or 3 chipotle in adobo sauce (from a can; finely minced.
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
Got the idea from a 'Melba' or Barb S recipe
