  1. So, I'm watching 'Simply Ming' and he makes a nice apple chutney and then, a
    pork chop, with the chutney on top, and a potato pancake with the chutney
    and sour cream mixture on the side ... yum ...

    A fish substitute for the pork chop? I've done steelhead and apples/onions
    before (that was also a 'yum'😉, but is there something else that would work
    well fish-wise with apples/apple chutney?
