The weatherforecast says 26 dgr on the coast and 30 in the southeast but I
live in the centre (Naarden) and at 11.30am it was 30 dgr in the shadow (on
a windy corner of a building). 10 days ago we still used the central heating
because it was wet and cold.

I'm in Limburg, 15 km NE of Maastricht. At the moment, it's 28 in the
shade outside my house. God knows what it is in the sun but HOT, HOT,
HOT. It was 51 in my greenhouse until I opened the door.

I put the thermometer out on the garden path in the sun: 49 degrees!

15.30pm - 35 dgr in the shade (Building at windy crossroads). I think we've
got a meltdown.

I'm totally uninterested, regardless of whether they are funny
foreigners or not! As we drove home from Maastricht this afternoon the
streets were deserted, so I guess the oranges on legs must be playing.
