  1. Hi

I posted a message about a week ago about Pantothenic Acid megadosing and my long-term side effects.
I think I may have impaired my liver function, and was wondering if anyone had some tips for liver
cleansing and repair. I want to avoid too many supplements because I think megadosing on vitamins
for 2 years has really put a strain on it, so I want to take things easy.

My symptoms are: fatigue - very low stamina and constant tiredness, hypoglycaemia before meals and
in the morning, constantly orange-coated tongue, middle of the night waking, dry hair, slightly
    brown coloured urine sometimes.

A blood test for liver function came back fine, but I'm told those tests will just report tangible
liver damage, and may not report impaired function or long-term strain - which in my case I think
may be responsible for my chronic fatigue syndrome style symptoms.

Any help much appreciated! Thank you for reading.

There also seems to be a Chinese version: schizandra, bupleurum, eclipta, picrorrhiza, and turmeric.

  3. I've always heard Milk Thistle is good for the liver (according to Dr. Andrew Weil). I think the
other name is silymarin - but you can find research on the product using Milk Thistle.
