Barbie pink with green and purple stripes. There have been NO head injuries for anybody wearing one.
    Obviously the safest :-) Tim.

Now that the evenings are drawing in, for extra visibility add a pair of flashing red plastic horns
to your helmet. They'll be available from pound shops and market stalls any day now. Simply detatch
them from the headband they're supplied with, stick them to the helmet with double-sided tape, and
stick the battery on at the back.

If you don't intend to wear a bl**dy helmet, use the horns as supplied.

It's well known that blue helmets cause a >80% reduction in head injuries compared with a control
sample [1] (ref: "Blue Helmet Use on Skateboards" by
Dr. B. Lu [2]). This being the case, it's clearly bad for cyclists to wear any other color.

Contary evidence ("Blue Helmets cause instant death", by Prof. F. Raud [3]) points out that wearing
blue helemts could cause vain riders to crash while admiring themselves in shop widows. The authors
conculisions on which color helmet to wear [4] were removed from the final version of the report at
the request of the studies funders.

Prof Raud stated "While it might be though that the removal of this final section was infulenced by
our reports funders, I can state that this is not the case, and the extra 2 years of funding I have
just been given was in no way conditional upon my removing that section"

More research is clearly needed, and it is expected that the gravy train of studies funded by
competing companies to prove whatever they want proved this week, will continue happly.

Um, I can see a problem with this colour helmet as you need a head about an inch & a half in size
    for the fit.

Do you need colour coordination advice?

I liked that idea so much, I went out and bought a pair. Although I decided that attaching the band
with zip ties would be less hassle than detaching the horns from the band:

You should see the master bedroom, or what the hall was like before we redecorated, or the bathroom
before we gutted it, ditto the kitchen. The nursery wasn't nearly so bad, but needed doing before
    Jenny was born.

Yeah, it's nasty, but it wasn't near the top of the list of rooms to redecorate!

It's like when you get your frame resprayed but you do it to a room in your house.

    Hi Simon

I now understand the meaning of the word but can see no practical use for this "redecorating" thing.
Presumably, one can decorate before one redecorates? Most peculiar.
