If we only "kept" the top 100 major league baseball, NFL, NBA, Soccer, NHL players then the pro
ranks and teams would be tiny.Anyone who completes a Grand Tour still "has it" unless that person is deemed team leader and they
finish out of the top-20 in GC.Julich hasn't been the team leader for awhile.

He's a domestique for Zabel in the Vuelta. He hasn't been a GC man for a few years.
Telekom hasn't renewed his contract. Maybe Webcor can sign him for next year.
