I finally got round to getting some upgrades and got a question on fitting methods and lubes
about the only thing I'm uncertain of is the crankset, what is the fitting order, what lubes, anti seize, locking compounds should I use, hopefully it'll say where and how much in the instructions but what are people on here recommending for bottom brackets.
