  1. Hello,

Did anybody try to use touring 28mm and cyclocross-32mm tyres in a bike with road 35mm mudguards (ZEFAL racer with stays)?
    How was it?

    thanks a lot,

  2. 35mm mudguards? Ah, 28mm touring tires (Ruffy Tuffy? Pasela?) barely--just barely fit. Real 28mm width can rub the mounting hardware.

Perhaps you should try SKS chromoplastic P45? You can cut whatever little bit doesn't fit between the forks. Just use double-action tin snips like scissors. The small trimmed area will be hidden by the forks anyway.
