I'm looking at the shimano LX hollowtech II chainset (very good price) it says this has integrated bottom bracket, might sound a stupid question but I am a noob, how do I know if this will fit my frame, are the BB housings different, my bikes a 2-3 year old MTB, are there any things I should consider or does this fit any bike.

The only issue is the width of the BB shell (either 68 or 73mm) The crankset should come with hardware to fit either one.

I've just read that the BB fits 68 or 73 and has spacers supplied, thanks for the info
