Nope. Might want to add some padding to prevent scratches and dings. Might want to have some security like a good cable lock.

I only use the rack when i have more than one bike to transport,
IT'S MUCH SAFER ON THE BACK OF THE TRUCK,and it doesn't get covered in dust. -
And your bike stands a better chance if you get rear-ended.

Mount a 15.00 trap in the bed of your truck. Takes about 5 min., and will eliminate all concerns with scratches.
