Just someone on two wheels...Looks like a 55 in the photo though good eyes to notice the car at all.
56 had a little more chrome on the lights and 57 had fins in the rear.a 55 brochure...

The fins on the 57 weren't that pronounced, other than sticking out
from the trunk rather than sticking up and the angle is bad. Already
conceded the point, but still on the lights/location of the brake
lights and also that the fins were narrow and would have made the
light even thinner looking than they are.The 57 wheel wells are also different, now that I look at it.

Just someone on two wheels...They were all three (55-57) sort of nice looking to me. I would not
otherwise know about the 57, but it was just the model I learned to
drive on, being our family car. =] -

until '62. -

The '57 had fins. The '58 DIDN'T. But everyone was going for fins so the
'59, '60 and '61 had them in spades. -

wagon. The high point of my relationship with that car was when the
push button transmission panel fell inwards on what then was a major
