If you are sitting and having a conversation with person X does that
mean that if you later have a conversation with person Y that both
conversations will hold the exact same content? You will tell all the
things to Y that you told to X? Even if you're speaking about the same
topic? No. Or certainly not always and absolutely not word-for-word.

If you were having a conversation with, say, someone named, let's say
Eliza or Elvira, and then later you were having a conversation with,
say, someone named, what was his name? Would those conversations be
identical? Would you reveal everything in the one conversation as you
might in the other? Would you be telling a falsehood if you didn't
reveal all of your thoughts to both individuals?

As I demonstrated in the X versus Y conversations above, the words
found on the other end of that URL you provided could easily have taken
place. And as I further demonstrated in the Elsomething hypothetical,
people don't always share everything with everyone. I'd call it need to
