That so-called kid will be 32 this year.
Honest mistake on my part, the kid dresses like an high-school teenager
so I assumed he was a kid, most 32 year olds I know don't dress like
that especially if they have money to buy decent wardrobe befitting a
30 something year old man.

Quoted message said:who did the video "It's getting hot in here"
Currently, Nelly appears in a music video for Grillz, a song with Paul
Wall. That video's often on the big screen TV at Gold's in Carlisle.
I haven't got ths sligthest idea who Grillz or Paul Wall is, sorry. I
watch MTV maybe once a year, I'm already at the age where I'm not open
to liking new stuff, I'm pretty much stuck in my ways.

Quoted message said:I ran across a quote of his that goes like this:
"I'm not very big.... I'm about 5-foot-9, 175 pounds.
I used to be about 5-foot-7, 150 pounds."
That's possible, right?
I'm about 6-2, 180 pounds. I used to be about 6-0, 150 pounds. People
grow.
25 lbs growth spurt in your late 20s? Like I said from what little I
see/know of him he just looks like a skinny kid so I guess I was asking
if he went on the Jamie Foxx diet?

Of course, celebrities have been known to lie about their age and
height, so why not their weight as well?
One thing is for a short celebrity to add an inch to his height but for
a kid that looks 130 lbs soaking wet to say he weighs 175 lbs sounded
odd to me and like too much of a stretch.

I sense a bias against Nelly here.
Only in the sense I don't have much empathy with somebody as different
from myself as the person in question. A 32 year old that dresses like
a kid, has a femenine name and wears a bandage on his cheek and acts in
a somewhat infantile way is somebody with which I have a hard time
identifying myself with.

André, you wish you were Nelly.
Frankly I enjoy being myself, I'm grateful to GOD for what I have and
who I am, I wouldn't change a thing.

Don't know what your talking about but thanks for the links, I'll try
to increase my general culture by learning a bit about the kid at a
latter time.
