They didn't mention buffalo wings, the potato chip, the Cobb salad, the
chimichonga, the french-dip sandwich, off the top of my head. All fabulous
kitchen flops as well.

I don't think I would count any of these as 'flops'. They all were
impromtu available ingredient creations. If any thing, they were
definitely not flops.
