I did this walk on Saturday, completing the LOOP :-)

There is a diversion from the path marked in the official LOOP guide. If you
do the walk I found that on the map (and in the guide book) the path is shown
as turning west by a school into the edge of Emerson Park. However now a new
route seems to be used continuing south a bit further beside the Inglebourne
River and joining the roads on the edge of Upminster, further south. If
you're using the guide book you would leave the marked route at point E,
heading south to rejoin when the houses come close to the river on the right
a bit further south (that should make more sense when looking at the map!).
Sadly the route still goes beside the A125 into Rainham rather than the dotted
route on the map, which still isn't open.

Also the route to Purfleet still isn't open so you'll end up at a dead-end at
Coldharbour Point and have to walk back to Rainham. At the end are two signs

"No footpath beyond this poing". Then underneath

"Havering Riverside. The peoples Pathway"

I'm not sure if this is someones idea of a joke! I hope you enjoy the walk
anyway. The signage on this part is excellent, a lot better than on previous
stages, so if you just stick to the LOOP signs you shouldn't go wrong. I'd also
recommend a diversion to the windmill in Upminster if you have the time.

One more gotcha. Right beside the railway station in Rainham the Channel Tunnel
Rail Link has been built, severing Ferry Lane. Instead there is a massive
construction of steps and ramps (already filthy and stinking sadly) over the
railway line and back down the other side, to continue along the road.
