  1. I have this GT ZR1000 frame that i have had since new in 2000. I would like to strip the paint and respray it or leave it naked with a clear coat. I have seen lots of people do this, but I want it to be perfect. How do I successfully get ALL the paint off without blasting or dipping it? Also, if you know GT frames, you know there is the triple triangle area, sh@#y area for removing paint. So it needs to be easy. thaank you, any help or advice would be much appreciated.

The last couple that I've done I used a chemical paint remover and a putty knife and followed up with sandpaper. It's a little messy but it reasonably only takes about 2 or 3 hours. I'm getting ready to do another one this weekend.
