  1. I normally ride Campy, but recently received a training bike decked out in full Dura-Ace complete with the new Shimano Flight Deck Computer. The computer did not come with an instruction manual so I need the help of those that have this computer installed on their bikes.

How do you start, stop, and reset anything on this computer? Especially the distance ridden, MPH, Avg. Speed, etc.

    I appreciate the help.

Best way would be to contact the Shimano agent in your area and get a instruction booklet. It is quite complicated but like with all these things once you understand it it becomes second nature. Be sure to read and work throught the whole booklet.

Thanks Big H. I actually found a friend in the club who had one laying around. I read it all last evening. It's a pretty simple computer and had many needed functions. Setting up the gears was a bear, but I figured it out and tested it on a 75 mile run this morning. It works great! Thanks again.

    Best Wishes,
