I bought a new Specialised Trisport tyre (27"😉 two days ago and installed it. While 6kms into my first ride, the bead fails and my tire blows out. I had it at the recommended PSI of 100. I'm going to visit the shop today to get a refund of some sort.
I have a few issues on my mind however,
1. My wheel was slightly out of true - Would this have contributed to the blowout?
2. If the shop stores the tyres for ages, are they more likely to fail? Should I go to a different shop?
