  1. Who here takes any supplements to help them gain strength and
    endurance?

Currently i take Omega 3 fatty acids, Flax oil, and Udo's oil stuff
everyday..it has greatly improved my leg strength and endurace for
    those long uphill stretches.

Does anyone else follow a diet to stay in good riding shape?

  2. Not a supplement, just a good diet. I try to eat lots of fruits,
    vegetables, and whole grains.

  3. When I was road biking more, like every other day for a couple of hours
I used Endurox R4 recovery drink, it helps alot as far as having the
right stuff to heal your legs faster and make you feel better the next
day. I always felt great the next day, it also helps to replenish your
glycogen stores since they absorb at like 400% immediatly after
1-2hours of exercise and you need the right balance, like a 4:1 ratio
of carbohydrates to protein or something like that. The only thing is
it's not cheap, it's like $50-60 for a 28 serving jug. Otherwise just
make sure you eat enough too, you want to eat lots so your body has
enough to repair the damage your muscles take.

  4. 1- NOX-CG3 (Xyience)
    2- Gakic
    3- Whey Protien (EAS)
    4- CLA-3 (PVL)
    5- Flax Oil
    6- MY-X-40 (PVL)

I realize they're not all supplements per se, but they get the job
    done.
