A good friend had one. He's a solid 'A' grader (=Cat 1) and loved the bike. But after ~18 months, the frame started falling apart. I have heard of this happening from several other sources also.
I think it is the kind of bike which is great for pro's who get new bikes each year and don't personally have to pay for the replacements! If you see yourself upgrading in a year or two, then I am sure you will love it.
