Very similar style to a guy who were posting here as Pentastar, a fine
line of cars manufacturer's enthusiast. I won't even bother checking
if I'm right :-)

I use a few names on Google groups. I'm both a car and music

Creatine is used to increase ATP during rapid anaerobic movements. For
the most part, its path is as such: Phosphocreatine->ADP->ATP, so it
is really is only useful for very rapid energy conversion of 5 to 15
seconds. This makes it ideal for weight lifting, but useless for any
aerobic activity.

Assuming that enough water is present during loading and thereafter,
you will definitely notice differences in your strength ability. If
you dont, then you are doing something wrong during loading, or your
intensity if off during training. If you think that this additional
strength will lead to any significant additional muscle mass, though,
you will be disappointed. Just like the AAS Anavar, which increases
creatine in another way, it will not do much for mass.

As far as safety, this is really no issue. The liver already produces
small amounts of it. Keep in mind, though, that during any medical
tests to tell your doctor that you are supplementing creatine.
Otherwise he will think you are moving into renal failure...

It's not converted to ADP. It gives a P to ADP so that "D" (di)
becomes "T" (tri).
