  1. Hi!

I was wondering when I want to reply to a post, how do I quote someone?
    Here's an example: >Sally said

You're using google to post, yes? I haven't used them in a very long
time (since before they were part of google and were known as deja).
There may be a box to tick to include previous text when replying, or it
may be a posting setting in your google groups account.

    Cheers,

    Ari

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:

    In somehow related news...

    Orbiter sends photos of Mars

Los Angeles - Scientists have processed more than a dozen new photos,
including the first color image, taken by the Mars Reconnaissance
    Orbiter.

The crisp test images revealed pocked craters, carved gullies,
wind-formed dunes, and an amazingly clean-cut family preparing a meal
in a kitchen on Mars' southern hemisphere. See:

Don't just click "Reply" on the message. First, click "show options"
at the top of the message. That will expand the box at the top of the
message with a menu of options. The first option there will be
"Reply." I you click *that* "Reply," it will quote all of the
    previous message automatically.

I suspect this is a new form of spam. Innocent questions or introductions
    combined with spam links.

Hell yeah. It's just another way to promote some crappy MLM scheme. These
    people have no shame.
