Quoted message said:My son has AOL. Whenever we try to send a group of photos to him, he
tells us he only gets one and we must be doing something wrong.
However, the photos are cc'd to others at the same time and they have no
problems.
Is this something to do with AOL? Do they block things?

I do NOT use AOL, but I have 3 friends who do, and when they send me
attachments, I get different results from each one of them. So, as far as
I'm concerned, the answer to your question is yes, there IS something wrong
with AOL. But, try and convince its devotees of that. Tell your son to get
himself a real internet provider.
Having said this, I'll admit one valid possibility for the problem, which
could exist with other providers: Some have limits on the size of each
e-mail message. I don't know if AOL does that. But, if they do, and your
pictures are quite large (file size), this could be a problem. However, one
of you should get an error message if this were the case. Knowing AOL, if
message size was the problem, they'd send notification of this to your son's
pediatrician's plumber, instead of your son.
