I've been offered a Ridgeback Adventure 525cx bike in mint condition for £70. Apparently it's about
4 years old and has:
a cro-mo double butted frame Shimano Acera X gear changers and brakes (21 gears) Shimano Acera X
hubs ..rims unknown
I am considering buying it for my son for light trail use and road use though I will admit to being
tempted to keep it for myself :-)
Is it value for money?
Can it be upgraded? How?
