I'm looking for information about hot salsa, where to get it, what is the
best, strange and different types and just plain old good salsa!
I like to try ones that are obscure and made in small batches. Not looking
for Pace or Daves Insanity Sauce (been there done that). Anything new and
different out there!?

The small-batch requirement makes things difficult. You can find some fairly
obscure salsas at www.mohotta.com, but for salsas that are made in small
batches, you have to haunt small markets. At a recent farmer's market I met
a guy selling some very good salsa that he made in small batches, but he
didn't have any way of distributing it other than by selling it himself, and
his production wasn't large enough to qualify him for inclusion in an online
hot-sauce site.
