let's see....I have:
A commuter bike used for commuting, fenders, racks and panniers, good for
touring too
A road bike used for organized rides and stuff, kept as light as I
can get it, no frills
A lunch bike used to ride at lunch time at work, in case I want to
go out and eat, single speed old time style bike, don't need to change
clothes to ride 🙂
A shopping bike used to go shopping and buying stuff with, has cool metal
Wald baskets
A snow bike used for riding when we get snow and ice and such fun
stuff, single speed with studded tires, it didn't snow or sleet last year
though 🙁
An airport bike used to go to and from the airport when I have to fly
out for business, a singlespeed ugly bike that has a rack extension for a
garment bag
An old bike currently a spare, haven't done anything to it yet, it
is still stock, maybe a replacement airport bike
A dream bike I have the aerowheels, pedals, handlebar, but no frame
or components yet. This would become my new Road bike of course.
The other road bike becomes my beater bike at
that time.
I also want to build up a neat fixed speed bike too, but I still need to get
a rear hub and a frame though. So that will be my Fixie bike when I build
it.
I am thinking about machining up an aluminum aerobar-bullhorn trackbike
handlebar like I saw at YellowJersey.org a while back. It has that unique
cool factor to it.
