Bangalore, July 17 (UNI) - The condition of the two-and-
half-year-old Pakistani girl, who was operated upon at a
corporate heart hospital in the city on Tuesday last, was
"stable and doing well," and a decision on taking her off
the ventilator will be taken tomorrow.
The decision on whether or not to take Noor Fatima off
the ventilator will be made tomorrow, sources at the
Narayana Hrudayala hospital said today.
The hospital had earlier said it would make a decision
this evening about taking Noor off ventilator support.
Noor arrived last week on the revived Delhi-Lahore bus
and underwent a surgery to plug two holes in her heart.
The six-hour operation was performed by a team of 13
doctors led by Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon, Rajesh Sharma.
Noor was expected to remain in intensive care for another
two days and was likely to be discharged in about 10
days, sources said.
