  1. I did some of those hindu push-up things today, and I can really feel
    it in my abs.

The thing is, I can only feel it in the bottom part.

Would eventually I have like a 2 pack, and look messed up? or does the
    whole muscle build up regardless?

You need to wear a turbin on your head in order for them to be
    effective.

First of all, getting the sort of muscle definition you're talking about
(a six-pack) is largely due to low body fat percentages, not muscle mass.

But assuming you got rid of the subcutaneous fat, the muscle will need
to be worked a whole lot more than with one exercise. People doing ab
days will do half an hour of different ways of hitting the abs. I've
done that - it was a ridiculous waste of time. But if you're into being
a bodybuilder (i.e., ridiculously wasting your time) then you'll need to
hit the abs in other ways.

That's a highly provocative observation Dolly; good for you! ;o)

Hindu pushups are a fine exercise.

What feels sore after the first time you perform a new exercise is not
necessarily indicative of what muscles are being worked. It's not
indicative of much other than that you're using something differently
    than you did before.

How your abs appear is much, much more likely to be a function of your
particular personal distribution of body fat than of the finer points of
    your ab training program.

I find Hindu pushups make a fine warmup to lifting weights - good for
getting the spine bending forwards and backwards.

    Just my opinion.

Have you ever seen someone with just the 2 bottom abs showing? Trust
me, you get lean enough to see those bottom 2 abs, the 4 above are
    gonna look great.

BTW, i'd love to hookup with you, and "work those abs" in a manly sort
of way. They don't call me "Slam" for nothing.

Try pullup bar, tat will work your whole ab section. hang from bar and
pull legs up. Those abs will look like they are made out of wood. btw
that thought is giving me Wood. ;-)
