I had a use for a potato, and I knew there was
a bag of a few little ones on the back top shelf,
on the left. Without seeing it, I reached over

GACK! What is that?Clearing away the clutter to see what was back
there, I found the potatoes had sprouted long ago
and long thick roots had coiled themselves around
the potatoes. They didn't feel like potatoes

All I had in the refrigerator at 11pm last night was cheese! On checking it
3 times I grated the cheese, added pickled red cabbage, with some of the
vinegar, cooked it for 20 minutes and had it on the last couple of slices of
bread!
It really hit the spot, it's amazing what you come up with on that 3rd
glance!

"Leftovers Omelets" works well sometimes.
I had a small amount of left over Sautee'd [censored] and asparagus with
sesame seeds, garlic and onions, so I whipped up some eggs and added
some frozen shredded jack cheese to the mess, and made a wonderful
Omelet.
