Does anyone have a recipe for Chicken Spedini? I know its chx breast
chunks on a skewer and lightly breaded but thats about all.....

Strange. That recipe sounds tasty, but:
When we lived in a heavily-Italian area of RI (mostly from Calabria)
there was a local restaurant had speidini (locally called "speedy"😉 and
they described it on the menu as "gizzard and liver stew". Ick.gloria p
