  1. Just recieved my BMC subcription blurb, but it also has an offer of what it
calls a new map for the ELD. It's 40k scale, laminated, tear resistant, has
clour shading (probably a Harveys) details crag info for climbers and 20k
enlargements of Scafell, Gable, Bowfell, Langdale pikes and Pillar, also
nagivation tips and local phone numbers. All for £10.95.

Not sure what it's like, coz I have Anquet, but if anyone's wanting a ELD
map, them it might suit them.

    Cheers.

If you mean you'll receive one and you want to get rid off it for a certain
price I'm interested. Just let me know on

I have this and it's great for an overview of the LD area (but not the
outlying fells etc) which is mainly why I got it, letting me see where the
hills are in relation to each other.
It is a Harvey map and I got mine for £12.95 in Stanfords after BMC cocked
up my order, saving me the postage costs.

  4. It has an interesting geological map on the reverse of the map as well

Sorry, Theo, reading back my sentance was slightly misleading.. No, it's
special offer to BMC members for £10:95, but as Nick says it's only a couple
    of pounds more at Stanfords.

My post was more to inform, I never sell anything on the group.
