I liked it. It's a nice trials playground, especially the progressively dropping wall toward the end. I like videos in which the rider shows a failure followed by a success. It gives an accurate impression of the amount of work it takes to do what appears to be simple if only the successful runs are shown.
As far as it goes as a video, I think you would be doing yourself a great favour by investing in a tripod, go get a used cheap one or borrow one, the quality of your shots will dramaticly increase. Also try getting some more creative camera angles. I know alot of guys on here dont use them because alot of people film themselves, but if you've got a camera man then use him, make it creative and fun. Overall I thought it was a pretty decent vid. Although I would suggest trying to speed up your technique on that one move ( the one where you throw the seat and post around and catch it behind you ) That looked a tad sloppy.
I Heart Modest Mouse! anyhoo...sweet riding, the only thing I have to say is, get a better camera, or a tripod ( : it was rather wobbly, if I do say so myself.

I should look at getting a tripod. I am also trying to get that move down. It was only the second time I landed it.
