I have just been asked to produce an edited version of my response to
Hagel et al in the BMJ for inclusion in the print version of the
journal. Maybe the message is sinking in with them. Been a while
since I authored a journal paper.

I would hope they are publishing the responses they have, not those they
have and then going out and soliciting more because they don't like the
balance.
