What's your favourite improvisation ? What's your best use of non related parts for bicycle use ? (or bicycle parts used for not what they were intended!)
Could be tools, on the road repairs, I don't know thought it might be fun since I'm sure that we all do it.
Here are my three starters for six
- Film cannister cap (remember camera film?) for plugging the top of my seat tube so it doesn't fill up with rain when I leave the bike out.
- My fantastically unstable work stand made from a camera tripod and bits of wood. It does just about work though!
- I'm sure this one isn't a surprise, cable ties and inner tube for my bottle cage (no braze ons)
Go on bring out the mad max in you!
