Fed up with runner's knee, and now tendonitis from running, and I'm sure being a 10 hour-a-day desk jockey does not help my cause.
Does anyone here have any experience of using inversion therapy? I was looking at the inversion tables that seem to run at around $300. Unfortunately, as with most things, most of the stuff I could find on the net was hardly independent.

I have been using an inversion table for 15-20 years. What do you want to know?
I'm interested also - is there much pull on the knees whilst inverted? I've had several surgeries on my left including an ACL graft which I am worried about stretching by hanging upside down. How long do you invert each day?
