  1. Hi I am looking for a running watch to help me do some interval training, are there any watches that
can be set to beep after say 2 min, then 3 min, then 2 min etc?

    Thanks in advance

Try the Casio 60 lap watch available at Walmart.

I'm happy with my trusty Timex Ironman Triathlon watch, with Indiglo. It is capable of something
like 99 laps/intervals, timer, memory for many, many splits, alarm, memo, dishwasher, tv remote, you
name it. Well, OK, only the stuff up to the memo part. And quite inexpensive... only about $30
Canadian (much less in US bucks).

  4. Like Cam I have a Timex watch too. Completely happy with it. Doug Burke

  5. I think you need a watch that beeps every time you're about to post one of these brain farts.
