  2. I actualy find the knee part a bit ineffective at the knee. I have done
alot of damage to my knee despite them, they protect well from small
things but you get a frame to the knee cap and your still limping for
    some time.

If you want to just cut it you could probably sew it back up then heat
it up and I think it will sort of melt the way shoelaces do sometimes.

  5. That is exactly what I did. I couldnt bend my knee as freely as I wanted
so I cut the knee part off and sewed it back up. I transplanted a strap
to the top and its worked perfectly for like a year.

  6. The shin guards save me from pedals, the knee parts save me from rocks
    and asphalt...

  9. I dont like my 661 4x4, they hurt my knees, since i'm allready injured
    this hurts a lot!
I ride with a pair of soccer shinguards instead.. protects my ancles
much better, aren't nearly as warm,, and they keep my pedals away from
    my shins..
tho big minus is that they ont protect my calf.. wearing long trousers
makes it all the same though..

I've been thinking about cutting my 661s down for the shorts-season...
    A while left though..

  10. I have to wear my 661's with the logo facing in, other wise they chafe
the inside of my knees... But they're worth their weight in gold I
    think 😄
