Done with wireless computers

Sometimes those things are just defective out of the Box. I use the ErgoBrain on my Road bike, which is wired and I still have a few problems here and there. Cat Eye actually makes the ErgoBrain for Campi, so perhaps try a different Brand? I used a Mavic one on my Trek for some time, loved it and still love em, although others I have worked on have all had problems of some kind. I recently aquired the new Blackburn for my Turner, so far its worked pretty well and thats the 5.0 Wireless

Ive also had negative experience with wireless computers, VDO in this case, couldnt see a huge benefit in goint wireless, dont like the idea of 2 batteries. The only one ive ever really drooled over is the mavic with the sensor in the QR lever, thats just slick

Wireless sensors really suck when you live in a city with streetcars/trams and other sources of low-lying high voltage lines.

If it wasn't for the Polar integrated HRM/speed/cadence/datalogger setup being so handy, I'd switch back to a conventional wired unit in a heartbeat.

Mountainpro has posted on this very subject but "search" is disabled at the moment...can't pull it up.
If I remember correctly,the pulsating headlamp is acting like a wireless signal to the computer.It shouldn't affect a wired unit as it doesnt rely on a radio signal.
One of my speedos showed 100mph...wish I'd taken a photo before it self-destructed.
