help me plz

The hard thing for me when I was learning to hop was keeping my weight
evenly on both pedals. If you let one foot take more weight, that
pedal is going to go down and the wheel will roll. Concentrate on
this. Grab the front of the seat and use your other arm for balance.
Maybe, just for starters, try to stand up on the pedals without loosing
your balance, and then sit down. Standing up needs to happen before
you can hop.
