  1. On ebay there are a lot of new and s/h jerseys for sale. Their size is
usually quoted as an armpit-to-armpit distance.

I can measure the distance on my own body of course
(semi-circumference), and I have measured a couple of my t-shirts,
finding that my t-shirts actually are narrower than the
semi-circumference around the front of my chest.

Could I take a poll here just to see what an appropriate sizing for a
    well fitting jersey is please?

Measure around your chest from one armpit to the other. Note the
    semi-circumference in cm.
Take the same measurement of a well fitting jersey, laid flat on the
table, from one armpit to the next.
    How do these compare?

    Thanks

Excellent guide to sizes. Very confusing at PBK which seem to use
a combination of M, XL etc and the scale above. I've 6 foot, 97kg
and just fit into a TT suit designated for the "Fatter weekend warrior".
However, I have Robaix tights that are nominally the same size but are
just a bit loose. When I get stuff from the US (eg Primal Wear, cool
jerseys BTW), I go for XL, maybe XXL for knicks (barge [censored]).

Buying clothes without trying on is risky, expect to get some
that don't fit before you sort out your size. It helps to have
some different sized friends to offload stuff that doesn't fit.
Ofcourse, it's hard to argue with the price (sorry, Steve).

Shoe sizes are generally OK although I find that Sidi are a little
smaller (maybe half a size?) than other brands.
