Would be interested to hear your opinion on Mountain Bike pedals. Im trying to choose between egg beaters and Speedplay Frogs. I have had bad knees for the last two years.
Also, Im after a pair of decent sunglasses. I currently use a pair of cheapish sunglasses which are fine in bright sunlight ( so thats ok for about 2 weeks a year!) but too dark when i'm cycling through forest or when it's overcast.
Im leaning toward buying a pair of Rudy sunglasses. There's a bewildering range of lenses available..can anyone recommend which is best for cycling in a variety of light conditions. I was thinking of the Racing Red or TekRed lenses.
I recommend the BBB Winner sunglasses as a option to the rudy project, they come with 4 lenses, are easy to change over and are way cheaper than the the Rudy's. The orange, yellow and clear lenses is what you be using for most of the time given your conditions.

get the egg beaters. they're great pedals. they come in like 4 different main models priced from around 100 to over 400 dollars. Then there's the candy models which have a platform around them. i can't say enough about the regualr egg beaters, i have't used the candys but same concept and anything by crank brothers is a great product. good luck...
