  1. Please email me at [email hidden] as i dont frequent this
newsgroup. i've recently put on quite a bit of weight in the last few
months. i am 5'9 and weigh 260. I'm not happy. I pretty much know
what foods I can and cannot eat and i used to work out so, i have my
routine down. I just wanted to know what kind of supplements are good
for weight loss? I've tried Xenadrin and Hydroxycut in the past, but
always felt dizzy. I do not want to compromise my health just to look
good. And besides, after i got off them, i would gain more weight. I
remember trying creatine and it worked good but someone told me it
makes you gain more weight. I already have the mass, i just need to
sculpt my body. I need a fat burner that wont give me too many side
effects. Please help me. Thank u

If you do, I'll have to kick my own ass.

  4. I think pills are the answer for most men. You have exercised and
dieted in past, I recommend doing that again under the supervision of a
    quality personal trainer if possible.

Please describe your workout schedule - give us a typical week. Please
also describe a typical week's worth of food, or a typical day if
they're all about the same. Armed with some specifics, we might be able
    to provide some advice.

This is pitiful. You can't be bothered to help yourself to the extent
of actually reading answers to your call for help? Would typing the URL
    over-extend your fat fingers?

Eat less, exercise more. Repeat forever.

ROFL. You're trying to lose weight to LOOK good? THAT'S why you're
unhappy about being 260 pounds? Because it impacts your LOOKS?

Nooooo, I'm sure you wouldn't want to compromise your health by losing
    weight.

Creatine makes me retain water and may help with muscle mass, but it
    doesn't make you gain FAT.

Sorry, we can't help you. I know where you can find someone who can,
though. Go into your bathroom and look at the wall above your bathroom
sink. Ask the person you see there for help.
