Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake
Sauteed pork chops are baked over a comfy nest of hashbrown potatoes and
Cheddar cheese in a sour cream sauce, with some crunchy onion rings thrown
in to keep things interesting. Add some green beans and you have a warm
and homey one-dish meal.

6 pork chops
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 (20 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
