  1. I pounded some pork loin chops and rolled them around a stuffing of
    feta, rosemary, dried figs, preserved lemons and a little minced
    serrano chile. I made a sauce of reduced chicken stock and fig

    Holy cow... that looks really good! I pan fried my pork chops tonight
    and served them up with a gravy made of pan drippings, dry sherry and
    sour cream.
