Hi All,
I know I should have added this site to my favourites, but like a fool didn't.
A short while ago someone posted their site that had a good many specific training workouts. (The site had a turquoise'ish background if I remember correctly). They actually said they had many requests for it but it was the first time I'd seen it.
I've looked through the Google archive but can't find it. Could someone post it please?
Thanks

www.swiminfo.com has a link on the nav bar at left for some good workouts submitted by users of that site.. many are coaches and excellent swimmers.
