  1. hi there. when i was younger i was in a running club in Dundee called the Hawkhill Harriers. i was a
    very good sprinter and long distance runner then as i got older and started exams and college etc
    unfortunately i had to give it up.

    I am not as fit as i used to be (although i would like to be) but i was wondering if anyone knew of
    the best way to get back into this kind of sport again?
