Weeks away from that, but we've passed a major hurdle as of this
morning.

I didn't think to take a photo. It was store-bought
portobello-and-cheese ravioli, tossed with some veggies I sauteed (a
fresh portobello, an onion, a roasted red pepper, some garlic). It
was very good, and very pretty.
