  1. Did y'all notice that we still do not have a clear explanation of
exactly how the accidental shooting occurred.

All we know is that the victim somehow showed up in the wrong place,
[censored] did not see him and he was shot.

One report said the victim came up behind [censored] and got shot. How is
    that possible?

And some hunters question the distance that was claimed that he was
shot at. 30 yards apparently is not consistent with the area that he
was apparently hit with shot and the fact that the pellets would have
to penetrate several layers of clothes and much tissue to reach near
    his heart.

And the medical doctors oddly refused to say exactly how many pellets
    he has in him.

Lots of unanswered questions and nobodies asking for clarification on
    any of them.

It makes it clearly OFF TOPIC. If it does not interest you then bugger
and don't read it or respond to it, jackass.

    Speaking of jackasses ...

TC 'The Complainer' complains, yet again. 🙁

    You have my condolences.

Clinton gets a blow job and is impeached but Cheney commits assault
with a deadly weapon and there is no investigation, no forensics, just
a lame claim of accepting responsibility. Hollow claim.

Meanwhile, Cheney before xmas cast the tiebreaking vote in the Senate
to cause massive cuts in social programs that largely affect the poor
and middle income earners--to help pay for huge tax breaks for the
    obscenely wealthy...and so:

Faced with a $650 million shortfall to pay for his state's Medicaid
program, Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen cut 191,000 low-income people
    from the struggling health plan.

Missouri lowered the eligibility threshold for Medicaid to 22 percent
of the federal poverty line, from 75 percent last year. So a family of
three can earn no more than $3,504 a year, excluding some child-care
costs, to qualify for Medicaid; last year, the figure was $12,067.

The under-estimated number of VA patients from ongoing war contributed
mightily to the $1.5 billion budget shortfall for VA health care in
    2005

VA [hospital] officials have cited returning veterans from Iraq and
Afghanistan as a major factor in a $2.8 billion budget shortfall for
    fiscal 2005 and 2006

As a result of chronic understaffing and underfunding issues, the VA
has to deny thousands of veterans the healthcare they were promised
when they put their lives on the line for this country

--Not to mention the lies that brought us to a war that never needed
to happen, destroying the environment, walking away from Kyoto,
causing more anger and fury in the world and making it a less stable
place and the cherry on the top: the horrific and hugely racist
    debacle of Katrina.

And these guys claim "security" as their strong suit.

LOL...a lot of people do. A lot of people in the United STates and
around the world are sick of the lies, the deception, the secrecy
about what OUR purblic SERVANTS (I know, it's a joke) are doing. The
spying, the destruction of the environment, the extraordinary
renditions, the murdering of people in Iraq, the destruction of civil
liberties, the inflaming of hatred, the exacerbated geopolitical
instahbility, Katrina, sucking up to the rich, stealing from the poor,
dismal healthcare, 46 million uninsured, pensions flying away, huge
    domestic and trade deficits....

Iraq: What Cheney Truly Has to Answer For
    By Greg Mitchell
    Editor & Publisher

    Thursday 16 February 2006

Tom Lasseter, intrepid war correspondent for Knight Ridder, has an
appointment in Samarra. In this city, "re-taken" by the US, death,
devastation and cries of "Why? Why?" come from both Iraqis and
    Americans.

We'd like to give Vice President Cheney a break from the
wall-the-wall coverage of the face-shooting incident of this past
week, so let's turn to his war in the Middle East, which continues
maiming (and creating more terrorists) every day. Over there, the
warriors on each side are not using birdshot.

My favorite editorial cartoon of the week comes from my local
paper here in the Hudson Valley, The Journal News, which happens to
employ recent Pulitzer winner, Matt Davies. He pictured a barren
landscape, looking much like Iraq, with buckshot-riddled bodies strewn
across the field, Cheney with his shotgun still smoking, and flying
harmlessly overhead a duck labeled "WMDs." Cheney looks up at the
    honking duck, says, "Damn. Missed."

Well, that pretty much says it all. Yet one of the top American
correspondents in Iraq, Tom Lasseter of Knight Ridder, still manages
to say quite a bit more, in a gripping, and depressing, article
distributed today and posted at the www.krwashington.com site.

E&P has profiled Lasseter and his work numerous times in the past
two years, and last we heard he was supposed to be back home in the
USA, but there he is, still risking life, limb and, no doubt, sanity
    in Iraq.

Based in Baghdad, Lasseter often gets embedded with US or Iraqi
troops out in the hellish beyond. Inevitably he gets ordinary grunts
to speak honest truths. His latest piece focuses strictly on Samarra,
a city that has lost half of its population of 200,000 since the US
supposedly pacified the area more than a year ago. Lasseter reveals
the true costs - and the real chance that the death and destruction
    will go for naught.

Lasseter opens by observing that more than a year after some 5,000
Iraqi and US soldiers re-took the city from the enemy, "American
troops still are battling insurgents in Samarra. Bloodshed is
destroying the city and driving a wedge between the Iraqis who live
there and the US troops who are trying to keep order.

"Violence, police corruption and the blurry lines of guerrilla
warfare are clouding any hopes of victory. 'It's apocalyptic out
there. Life has definitely gotten worse for' Iraqis, said Maj. Curtis
Strange, 36, of Mobile, Ala., who works with Iraqi troops in Samarra.
'You see Samarra and you almost want to build a new city and move all
    these people there.'

"Soldiers such as Sgt. Powell desperately want to reach out to the
community, but they're mired in daily skirmishes. Residents have fled,
and a 7-mile-long, 5-foot-high earthen wall that US soldiers built
around the city last August has failed to keep out the insurgents.

"Many of the American troops who patrol the city say they don't
see much hope for Samarra. Some officers privately worry that the city
will fall to insurgents as American troops withdraw." Already,
roadside bomb attacks are increasing, with at least 15 going off in
    January.

And it's hard to tell who is in the enemy. US military officials
suspect that many of the Iraqi soldiers, including a company
commander, are on the insurgents' payroll, possibly in league with
terror master Zargawi. Yet the 101st Airborne plans to hand over the
town to the Iraqi police and army by July 1.

One recent day, which Lasseter describes in vivid detail, a
..50-caliber machine gun, on the roof of a schoolhouse, manned by a
21-year-old Texan name Michael Pena blasted an unarmed man on the
street into oblivion. Horrified soldiers rushed to the Iraqi, or what
was left of him - his organs were now slithering out - and watched him
die, as he praised god and muttered, "Why? Why?"

"Haji, I don't know," an American soldier replied.

A few days later, Lasseter finds the gunner, Pena, still manning
the machine gun on the same roof. Pena doesn't say a word about the
man he killed but he is boiling with frustration.

"No one told me why I'm putting my life on the line in Samarra,
and you know why they didn't?" Pena asks. "Because there is no f------
    reason."

Perhaps Vice President Cheney, or his new press secretary,
Katharine Armstrong, can explain that to him.

But the reality is that Cheney is an out-of-control psychotic and
quite possibly shot the man on purpose because he said something that
    angered him. That's my guess.

Now you are just being paranoid simply because you don't like the man.
There's nothing wrong about not liking the man but when you start
bringing up these kinds of "theories", it makes you look silly.

I'm entitled to speculate. But you're right in that one need not
speculate about such things to know that these are criminals and thugs
    who should be prosecuted.

But as with their myriad other crimes, this one was not investigated
    in any fashion either.

Due to Bush, it stands all in the Bible and he is just helping to make
the Revelation become true. (Johns revelation)

It's amazing how much a translation error in 1. book of Moses is
making people angry at each other.

The arameic word for day also is told to mean a time span of
infinitely length, but still finite. Thus, in english it should have
been translated: In the first ininitively long period, God created
light etc etc. and in the 6th infinitively long period, god created
    Man.

Evolution theory is just a clarification of the chronology about what
    happened during that period (day)

And, most probably, in my own view, it all started as a collapse of a
super black hole who had gathered together all material in universe
into a superdense point which collapsed, due to Einstein equation of
relativity, into pure energym which has no gravitational power as I
know, and thus, it all explode into the big bang, about 15 billion
years ago, forming the first period of length around 8-9 billion year
which ended with the materialization of our planet system, starting
the other day, and when cooling enough, the reduced atmosphere of
pre-Cambrium age changed abruptly into the oxygen atmosphere we know
    of today.

Now we are heading towards two fates, first of all, by polluting the
environment, we may face fatal changes to climate giving first
climatic changes, meaning deserts in the midwest will again be green,
and the same to Sahara (where language researchers think all people
speaking Nilo-Sahara languages, btw. them all semites like Jewish and
Arabic languages are originally coming from, the semitic people
heading east toward better places to live around 9000-10000 years ago
at the end of ice age).
But at the same time, many places now involved in plant and food crop
production either will turn into new deserts, or will be drowned
completely in rain, like west US and eastern coast of US.

The other fate, still unknown when to happen, is the fate of being
captured by a new black hole and in turn, join most of the rest of the
universe into that hole and then, BANG, the creation of a new universe
    order.

(This are my own theory, not discussed with anyone else, so there is
no documentation of it, except those about Sahara 9000 years ago or
alikem and the same applies to theories about climate changes. There
are lots of models around documentating what might happen. But the
start of our universe and the collapse of it, then starting a new
round, is my own philosphic theories :-) Hope I never will be able to
    prove it)
